Heavy Duty

Rotary Basket
The JCS Lean-Clean 360 is one of the most recognizable and popular rotary basket parts washers. Available in 1, 2, 4, and 8 basket configurations, baskets are processed in a chamber, programmed to deliver a consistent wash cycle. Chamber introduces full immersion for cleaning difficult holes and passages, then a high-pressure spray to remove surface contaminants, followed by a drying cycle. Available with basket rotation, ultrasonic, and a large selection of options and customizations.
Cabinet
The PCS line of turntable spray washers is the backbone of JCS, a manufacturer that began building these washers almost four decades ago. Featuring gear and sprocket driven turntables, bushed nozzles, swing away spray bars and the most accessible turntable on the market. PCS machines are customizable too with options and sizes to meet any wash and dry need. Available in heavy-duty configurations, and coming in 2020 our new Orca – entry level and cell washers.
Top Load and Dip Tank
Top load turntable spray washers by JCS are popular machines for cleaning almost anything that can be lifted, and they are affordable too. A top down spray system above a gear and sprocket directly driven turntable assure consistent coverage and a troublesome useful life. Available in numerous sizes and with many customizable options.
Dip tanks are submersion parts washers allowing a heated cleaning solution to penetrate holes, ID surfaces and passageways. Machines are inexpensive and can be purchased with agitation, adding a flowing motion to the cleaning process. Machines can be ganged for wash, rinse, inhibit, and dry configurations and automated with overhead pick and place for truly labor free parts cleaning.
Specialty
The ICS – Inclined Cleaning System is an automated way of inexpensively cleaning or inhibiting and drying parts in a continuous fashion. Parts roll into a submerged bath and the machine conveys them through drain and dry stages. Simple, affordable, and ideal for cells of continuously produced smaller parts.
We offer many customizable automation options with JCS vertical door parts washers. Ideal for large part washing during manufacture, these machines can be customized into carousel washers, tube and tank washers, aircraft landing gear washers, and almost anything else that requires cleaning but doesn’t fit a “normal” machine.
