The Elma line of ultrasonic dip tank washers may be purchased individually or combined into manual, semi, and fully automated systems with robotic or lift and push customizations. We also offer passivation and drying units for insertion upgrades into existing lines. Size offerings range from the tabletop Elmasonic – 25 litre units to 250 litre Elmasonic X-tra pro Flex 1 and 2. Intended for tough application processing in production, workshop, and service Elmasonic machines feature multi-frequency 25 and 45 kHz ultrasonics in one unit for coarse cleaning or precision cleaning prior to surface processing. Rotary Basket
MAFAC rotary basket washers were developed to meet critical cleaning requirements. Featuring up to 5-micron filtration, submersion, ultrasonic, spray, and vacuum dry, these machines meet stringent particle specifications. Not just basket rotation but our patented rotating spray bar cleans the chamber walls too. Vacuum drying boils rinse at low temperatures for contaminant free, dry part, peace of mind.
